U.S. Airmen from around 15th Air Force discussed work and relationship needs according to their initial color during a 15th AF Icebreaker resiliency event, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 31, 2020. The 15th Air Force Resiliency Campaign kicked off with an Icebreaker event, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 31, 2020. The campaign tackles the four resiliency pillars – social, physical, mental and spiritual – with various events throughout the rest of 2020 with events such as the Icebreaker, unit physical training sessions, video discussions, small group breakout sessions, and more. The 15th Air Force Resiliency Campaign kicked off with an Icebreaker event at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 31, 2020. The Icebreaker covered the Social pillar of resiliency.
