U.S. Airmen from around 15th Air Force discussed work and relationship needs according to their initial color during a 15th AF Icebreaker resiliency event, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 31, 2020. Airmen initially broke into groups based off characteristics they perceived in themselves. As part of the 15th Air Force Resiliency Campaign, the kick-off event engaged the Social pillar of resiliency as Airmen discovered their True Colors with the help of the Shaw AFB Airman & Family Readiness Center.
