MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. --
Pilots and maintenance Airmen traveled to Eglin AFB, Florida, Oct. 31 to participate in exercise Combat Hammer.
The exercise evaluates the effectiveness, maintainability, suitability, and accuracy of precision guided munitions and high technology air-to-ground munitions from tactical deliveries against realistic targets with realistic enemy defenses.
Moody’s team will be assessed and trained on how accurately and quickly a munition is built, loaded onto the aircraft, and dropped from the aircraft onto a target.
