U.S. Airmen conduct the Joint Planning Process (JPP) at the rear element location during 9th Air Force's Staff Exercise (STAFFEX) 18-4, June 20, 2018, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. The STAFFEX consisted of a humanitarian assistance scenario in the U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
