U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Michael Zemke, 823rd Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron, pavements and heavy equipment operator, moves cement via a Bobcat T250 so U.S. Air Force Maj. William Toronto, NEW HORIZONS Honduras 2015 staff judge advocate, and others can help create the bond beam for the new two-room schoolhouse at the Gabriela Mistral primary school in Ocotes Alto, Honduras, June 22, 2015. The school project is one part of the NEW HORIZONS Honduras 2015, an annual humanitarian and training exercise put on by U.S. Southern Command. NEW HORIZONS was launched in the 1980s and is an annual joint humanitarian assistance exercise that U.S. Southern Command conducts with a partner nation in Central America, South America or the Caribbean.
