Airmen with the 85th Engineering Installation Squadron from Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, recently set up the Joint Operations Center for Task Force-Southeast at Shaw AFB, S.C.

They set up 10 miles of cable and more than 300 end-user drops, completing a three-week project in one week and saving the Department of Defense over $300,000 in costs.

The JOC will serve as the hub for TF-SE as they assist in the Defense Support to Civil Authorities in response to COVID-19 within FEMA Regions III & IV.
