9th Air Force leadership visits Team JSTARS at Robins

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Maj. Gen. Scott J. Zobrist, 9th Air Force commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Frank H. Batten III, 9th AF command chief, visited the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems, or JSTARS, team at Robins Air Force Base Dec. 8 to learn more about its mission and capabilities. During the visit, Zobrist and Batten met with Team JSTARS leadership and Airmen and flew a mission aboard the E-8C Joint STARS, an airborne battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform.
