9th AF vice commander retires after 30 years of service

Col. Scott Caine, 9th Air Force vice commander, retired during a ceremony Feb. 10 after 30 years of service. 

Caine completed more than 3,400 flying hours including combat missions in support of Operations Deny Flight, Decisive Endeavor, Deliberate Guard and Southern Watch. Before becoming the vice commander, he was the 9th AF director of operations.
