9th AF vice commander completes final Air Force flight

U.S. Air Force Col. Scott Caine, 9th Air Force vice commander, completes his final flight in the Air Force in a A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Feb. 8, 2017.
